Order Processing
- Handling time: 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times include handling and transit time.
Free standard shipping is available on all orders of £70 or more.

We currently ship only to destinations available during checkout. All delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, public holidays or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customs Duties and Import Taxes
FOURMINT covers all applicable customs duties and import taxes for destinations available at checkout. Customers will not be required to pay additional customs duties or import taxes when their order is delivered.
Delivery and Tracking
Orders are delivered by a tracked delivery partner selected according to the destination and delivery route. Tracking details will be provided by email after dispatch.
FOURMINT remains responsible for the goods until they are delivered into your physical possession, or to a person you have identified to receive them, except where you independently arrange a carrier that we did not offer.
Delivery Address and Order Changes
Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. If you need to request a change, contact us as soon as possible at services@fourmint.com. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made after an order has entered processing or been dispatched.
Delayed or Missing Orders
If your order has not arrived after the estimated delivery period, please check your tracking information first. You can then contact us at services@fourmint.com with your order number for assistance.
