You can pay using an existing PayPal account, or as a guest using any major credit or debit card — no registration required. Your financial details remain solely between you and PayPal.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to international destinations. Shipping charges for overseas orders will be calculated automatically at checkout.
Delivery & Returns
What is the estimated delivery time?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery, including handling and transit time, is 7–10 business days for the UK and 13–18 business days for selected European countries, the United States and Canada. I received a shipping confirmation email, but the tracking isn't updating — what should I do?
Please allow 3–5 days for your tracking information to become active. Your package may not appear on the courier's tracking system until it has been processed through the postal network. If tracking still hasn't updated after this period, please check again later or contact us and we will be happy to help.
My order hasn't arrived — what should I do?
We apologise if your order has been delayed. Please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
How do I request a return or refund?
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused and unwashed, with their original tags and packaging. Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
