Welcome to FOURMINT. These Terms of Service (the "Terms") apply when you visit fourmint.com, create an account, place an order or otherwise use our website and services (the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. About FOURMINT

FOURMINT operates this online store. Shopify provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to offer the Services, but purchases made through this store are transactions directly between you and FOURMINT.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your place of residence to place an order. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete account, billing, payment and delivery information.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity carried out through your account. Please contact us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

3. Product Information

We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, measurements, images, colours, prices and availability are accurate. Colours and textures may appear slightly different depending on your screen and device settings.

Some FOURMINT products feature intentional distressed details. Raw or frayed edges, intentional holes, abrasions, fading, washed effects, exposed seams and irregular finishes that are clearly described or shown on the product page form part of the product design and are not considered faults or damage. If an item differs materially from its description or images, or has damage beyond its intended design, please contact us.

We may update product information or discontinue products at any time. Changes will not affect an order that we have already accepted, except where we contact you to correct an obvious error.

4. Orders

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation confirming acceptance. Payment must be authorised before an order can be accepted.

We may decline or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, payment cannot be authorised, the order appears fraudulent, there is an obvious pricing or product-information error, or delivery restrictions apply. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid to the original payment method.

Please check your order and delivery details before submitting it. If you need to request a change or cancellation, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made after an order has entered processing or been dispatched. Nothing in this section affects any mandatory cancellation or consumer rights available to you.

5. Prices, Taxes and Payment

Prices are displayed in GBP unless another currency is shown. Product prices include applicable taxes where the website states that tax is included. Shipping charges, discounts and the total payable are shown during checkout before you place your order.

For all destinations currently available at checkout, FOURMINT covers any applicable customs duties and import taxes. Customers will not be required to pay additional customs duties or import taxes when their order is delivered.

Promotions and discounts may be subject to separate conditions. If promotion-specific conditions conflict with these Terms, the promotion-specific conditions apply to that promotion.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping destinations, charges, processing times and estimated delivery times are set out in our Delivery Policy.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, public holidays or events outside our reasonable control. We remain responsible for the goods until they are delivered into your physical possession, or to a person you have identified to receive them, except where you independently arrange a carrier that we did not offer.

7. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Eligible items may be returned in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy. That policy explains the return window, eligibility conditions, return costs, exclusions and refund processing times.

Nothing in these Terms or our Returns & Refunds Policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to faulty, damaged, misdescribed or incorrectly supplied goods.

8. Personal Use

Products purchased through the store are intended for personal or household use. You must not purchase products for unauthorised commercial resale or export.

9. Intellectual Property

The website and its content, including the FOURMINT name, logos, product photography, text, graphics, videos and website design, are owned by or licensed to FOURMINT and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may access and use the website for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, sell or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

FOURMINT is not responsible for third-party websites or services that we do not control, except to the extent required by applicable law.

If you submit a review, image, suggestion or other feedback, you confirm that you have the right to provide it, that it is accurate and that it does not violate another person's rights or applicable law.

You grant FOURMINT a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, adapt and display that feedback for operating, improving and promoting the Services. We may moderate or remove content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, offensive or infringes another person's rights.

13. Acceptable Use and Automated Access

You must not use the Services to break the law, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, distribute malware, commit fraud, impersonate another person, send spam, interfere with security, collect personal information without permission, or disrupt the operation of the website.

We may correct typographical, pricing, availability or product-information errors. If a material error affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you and give you the option to confirm the order using the corrected information or cancel it for a full refund.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FOURMINT is not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed, or for business losses arising from products purchased solely for personal or household use.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. A delay or failure to enforce a right does not waive that right.

18. Assignment

You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent. We may transfer our rights or obligations where this does not reduce your rights under these Terms or applicable law.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at FOURMINT's principal place of business in Guangdong, China. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts there, except that this section does not prevent a consumer from relying on mandatory rights or bringing a claim in another jurisdiction where applicable consumer law permits.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Services, our business practices or applicable law. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Changes will not apply retrospectively to orders already accepted unless required by law.
